Rockville man admits murder in dispute over girlfriend

Two men plead guilty in cigarette theft
Jeffrey Ray and Steven Grove, both 22, pleaded guilty in Frederick County District Court to stealing $238 in cigarettes and 450 in change from Custom Printing on Monroe Avenue. They were later caught in a station wagon with a bag of cigarettes and coins. Sentencing was postponed pending a presentence investigation.
