A heavily garbled excerpt of Samuel Taylor Coleridge's Kubla Khan appears in current verse form. It references a stately pleasure dome by Alph river, caverns, gardens, forests, a chasm, a sacred river, and a vision of an Abyssinian maid playing a dulcimer. The piece ends with a prophetic warning to beware his demonic hallucinatory influence.
