North Frederick added to state funded computer plan
North Frederick Elementary is included in the state funded plan to wire 64 schools with computer connections after the Board of Public Works approved 3 million dollars. Locally Frederick High Thurmont Middle Green Valley Elementary and Emmitsburg Elementary were selected, and the number of funded schools rose to 90. principal Carolyn Strum calls it exciting while county officials work to cover additional costs.
