Four More Frederick Soldiers Wounded in France

Four Frederick men were reported slightly wounded in France. Pvt. William A. Schaffer and Pvt. Fred A. Baumgardner were wounded in July, while Pfc. Alden Heffner was hurt by a July 6 incident. Pvt. Guy K. Motter Jr. was wounded on D-Day. his unit, the 116th Infantry, 29th Division, earned a recent citation.
