Yinger Sentenced To A Year In Jail For Estate Embezzlement
Former Frederick attorney David H. Yinger Jr., 52, was sentenced by Judge Thomas Nissel to one year in the Frederick County Adult Detention Center with permission to leave eight hours daily five days a week to work.
