Frederick's long running Quynn's Hardware, dating to 1796, may be reborn as a combined restaurant and mercantile. New owners Deborah Armstrong and Frank Hann plan a two floor setup with a family oriented restaurant upstairs and a bar with retail on the first floor. They will restore preserved wood beams and relics, keep seed and specialty items, and move toward selling seeds and bulbs alongside regional dishes.
