Repair work to raise East Street tracks in Frederick funds

Germantown Cyclist charged after high speed chase ends in county
John Henry Kelley Sr., 37, of Germantown, was charged by Frederick city police and Maryland State Police with 10 motor vehicle violations after a watercraft chase that started in the city and ended on Md. 255 at Ball Road.
