Thurmont police say three men a 19 year old Waldorf resident and two 16 year old juveniles were taken into custody after an open vending machine at Hoffmans Market was spotted early Tuesday. Officers recovered 911 80 in change. Adults faced theft conspiracy and property destruction charges with bail set between 2 000 and 5 000.
