Growth study may widen upper MontCo school areas
The MCAASP president Rosemont Elementary Principal Robert E. Anastasi says Montgomery County growth could restore an extra area for the school system, moving from three to more areas to improve accountability and management. He notes current governance lacks flexibility and outlines plans to reform the bonus system and transfer rules while expanding member involvement and cooperative efforts with teachers and support staff leaders.
