Somerville New Jersey August 3 An AP report says key evidence in the Hall Mills murder case is missing from official files. Transcripts from the initial inquiry four years ago were removed from Somerset County Jail. State Senator Simpson the new special prosecutor says he still has sufficient evidence to indict a woman and two men for the killings of Rev Dr Edward W Hall and Mrs Eleanor R Mins. He notes the pistol of Willie Stevens, among other items, was returned after long keeping to the warden's safe.
