Three Named for Frederick County Circuit Court Vacancy
A judicial nominating committee has forwarded to the governor the names of three candidates for a vacant Frederick County Circuit Court seat. District Court Judge Herbert L. Rollins and attorneys William R. Nicklas Jr. and John H. Tisdale were selected from eight finalists. Gov. William Donald Schaefer will make the final choice and any appointee will serve temporarily and must run in the 1992 general election. The position pays $82,800 annually.
