Early today an automobile collision on Route 40 east of Frederick left a 1937 Stefan badly damaged while the sedan driven by John Bowens of West Art Saints Street escaped injury. Bowens was charged with failure to yield the right of way after pulling from a side road into a tractor trailer driven by Donald Barnsworth of Fairmont, West Virginia.
