Biblical Discoveries Claim Found Dead Sea Cities
American divers under Baptist missionary Dr. Ralph E. Baney report finding the long lost cities of Sodom and Gomorrah at the Dead Sea bottom. The team cites 4000 year old underwater remains and a 15 foot wide levee eight feet high, running two miles from the Lisan Peninsula. Baney, executive director of the Christian Approach Mission, plans to return home after presenting findings to Jordan's Antiquities Department.
