Delinquent Frederick County Taxes With Public Notice Issued
Frederick County issues a public notice to pay delinquent property taxes water sewer bills and other fees on 731 properties with sale planned May 1. The largest bill is 103878.90 for a 1 acre Grove Road parcel in Frederick Industrial Center. Rose Hill Plaza owes 83841.81 for a 7.1 acre site on Opossumtown Pike. David and Carol Stevens have the smallest at 332.60 for a lot north of Woodside Avenue. A 30 fee applies to all delinquent owners. Delinquencies were first billed last July with a late notice in March.
