Virginia man found dead as car burned in suspicious case
A 43-year-old Sterling man George W. H. Moseley III was found dead beside a car burned in two locations on Rock Hall Road near Point of Rocks. State police said the fire appeared suspicious and not from an explosion. An autopsy is pending as investigators search for the cause of death and whether Moseley was inside the vehicle.
