Three Frederick youths in Nash tourer crash near Hyattstown
A Nash touring car carrying Fred Grubaker Francis Hanlon and Lewis Simmons plunged off a Washington Road embankment west of Hyattstown after driver Brubaker attempted to pass an oncoming vehicle. Simmons and Hanlon suffered only minor injuries while Brubaker was badly cut and spent days in Frederick City Hospital. The car, recently repaired after a prior accident, was wrecked beyond repair.

Horseman Maintains Shooting Was Accidental
