Minority recruitment effort highlights Frederick City Police plans
The Frederick City Police pursue minority hires amid competition from other agencies. Lt. Barbara Domer cites targeted recruiting at black colleges and universities, veterans groups, bases, and job fairs with 595 applications for about 10 positions for the October 1994 class. The department will present its affirmative action report in July.
