Tramsville Rezoning Approved by County Commission
The County Commissioners approved rezoning a two acre tract in the Hamsville area from industrial to residential with a stipulation. Norman W. Dove of Ijamsville proposed the change to build a house on Reichs Ford road near the B and O Rail right of way. A resident attributed past water issues to county road changes. Planner Arthur Hatton noted limited favorable sites for industrial zoning and said the site suits a residence, while noting quarry usage by several Tramsville children.
