Body of Mrs Bowman Found Drowned in Pipe Creek
The body of Mrs Amelia Elizabeth Bowman of Linwood was found Tuesday in Pipe Creek near Linwood about 100 yards from where she apparently jumped into the stream Monday after eight in the morning. A verdict of death by own action was rendered after an official inquiry. She was 40, wife of Earl Bowman, with a son William E Bowman at Harvard and a brother Capt C Lee Hines of Philadelphia. Funeral services are private Friday at New Windsor with Rev George Bowersox officiating. D D Hartzler and Sons are the funeral directors.

More Oysters Are Possible in Chesapeake Bay
