Ward Defends Ramsburg in County Building Dispute
Theodore Ward of Ramsville attacked homebuilders demanding the removal of Ramsburg, the county permits and inspections director, and urged commissioners to denounce the outcry. He labeled the move as the spirit of the Ku Klux Klan and criticized Ramsburg for opposing wooden foundations. The meeting included complaints that Ramsburg had lied and failed to cooperate, with Ward calling the homebuilders arrogant and asking for a public defense of Ramsburg. Also noted were local speeding and traffic violations, and unrelated reports from Florida and California about peanut surplus cooking in schools and a stolen hot dog costume used for promotion.
