No Increase In Assessments Across Washington County
Washington County officials reject raising property assessments while noting some Maryland counties may lift levels to match the county 65 percent of fair market value. Chester Delphey said changes should await statewide alignment and highlighted surveys showing counties as low as 25 percent in some cases.
