Baboon attack suit seeks 346000 in damages
The Chaney parents sue for 346000 over an August attack by an escaped baboon at a used car lot advertisement site. They allege operator Joe Barbari failed to contain the animal and allowed it to drink intoxicants. Police killed the baboon after it attacked Kay Chaney.
