Police chase ends with suspect captured near Frederick center

Frederick man convicted in domestic dispute
Jeffrey David Whiten, 26, was convicted of battery in Frederick County Circuit Court after admitting to using punches during a June 14, 1993 domestic dispute. He dropped a bat earlier and faced a civil case in which he agreed to pay 2500 to settle. Sentencing deferred to July 1 with 18 months recommended.
