City to consider concrete brick walkway for Carroll Creek park

The plan, still in design, envisions interlocking dyed concrete pieces laid on blacktop, reducing labor costs and avoiding skilled bricklayers. The project, funded at 2 million by the General Assembly, includes a linear park, floodway, commercial development, pavilion areas and housing along the creek.
