Signature Comparison To Decide Driving Case
A Baltimore man sits in suspense as Judge Byron Thompson considers handwriting evidence to determine if William Thomas Lloyd of Lombard Street was the driver in an out of state motor case. The case hinges on Lloyd's claim he was not driving and had no license violation. The state will compare Lloyds signature with the ticket. In a separate matter Doris Lee Morris faced shoplifting charges and a pre sentence investigation was ordered. Charles Miller paid court costs after being found guilty of allowing dogs to run at large. Carl Henry Kintz received six months probation without verdict for failing to obey an automatic control device, based on his long driving record.
