Linganore group seeks written consent for Ellis road work
The Lake Linganore Association sues Frank Ellis and Singapore Development Group in Frederick County Circuit Court for 1.1 million dollars seeking ex parte and permanent injunctive relief to bar future work on Ellis lots without written association approval.
