Washington April 20 AP Bishop James Cannon Jr told a DC jury he was not responsible for reports by Ada L Burroughs treasurer of the Virginia anti Smith committee. He said funds were kept in a safe deposit box in Richmond and a tin box in his Washington apartment and that Burroughs reported the funds to the House Clerk. He examined reports generally and believed them correct.
