Two Frederick Residents Wounded In Night Shooting
Frederick police report two local residents seriously wounded in a Thursday night shooting at Wellineharts Alley. Joseph Goodman 23 of Allev street and a woman were hospitalized with life changing injuries as the assailant reportedly shot the woman then killed himself.
