Weeks in Moylan and surrounding Maryland farms
The week was cold and damp in Northern Central Maryland with wheat and oats improving and fruit prospects excellent. In Moylan and Libertytown the springwork has begun, frost hit some crops, church efforts advance at Brunswick, and community life centers on farming, schools, and local social events amid weather delays and late springs.

Proposed Extra Session Looms In Maryland Assembly
Discussion grows on the possibility of an extra session to confirm officers under the assessment law and to consider changes taxing mortgage income and a winter racing bill. The Governor may call both houses if needed, but outcomes seem unlikely with costs at about 1,008 per day. The piece also notes a brighter peach crop forecast for the peninsula this year.
