Re Enact Health Laws Standardized statewide rules locally
Frederick County Commissioners adopted all provisions of Article 43 of the Annotated Code to unify state and county health laws for frozen dairy products. The move repealed a 1948 local ordinance governing pre mixed materials for custard and ice cream to prevent conflicts with state health regulations. Joseph F. Rhoderick of the Frederick Chamber of Commerce was named table host for the 46th annual U S Chamber of Commerce meeting in Washington April 27 to 30.
