Brunswick CASS program expands to Thurmont and Frederick
The Community Agency School Service program known as CASS will extend from Brunswick to Thurmont and Frederick this summer. School officials will fund three coordinators at about $25 000 each to link students and families with social services, maintaining Brunswick coordinator Karol Strang in place.
