Nephew Indicted for Death of Uncle in Tiffin Ohio

James Utz sole beneficiary of Samuel Utz's will was indicted with Fred Omier on first degree murder in Tiffin Ohio. Omier, a hostler, allegedly hired to nurse the uncle, is charged with administering carbolic acid to the aged man on February 2. Both men are held in the county jail.
