Middletown Maintains Tax Rate in 1964 Budget
The newly elected Middletown administration set the town budget beginning July 1 1964 and kept the tax rate at 40 cents per 100 dollars assessed value for the 20th year running. Burgess Floyd E Stine swore in five returning commissioners and council members. Floyd C Main was named Assistant Burgess and Cecil Martin was reappointed as Registrar.
