Frederick County zoning suit challenges Dutrow land rezoning
Mrs Effie H Thomas of Harmony Grove filed suit against Frederick County Commissioners seeking a rezoning appeal for the Dutrow land at Harmony Grove from residential to neighborhood business. The suit contends the action was illegal invalid and unconstitutional citing abstention by a commissioner inadequate public notice and spot zoning. Five local firms bid on the project while it proceeds.
