Pittsburgh April 11. A federal judge dismissed the Ku Klux Klan suit to restrain its operations in Pennsylvania finding no federal jurisdiction and that the matter is for the state to settle. The ruling leaves intact the original Klan action seeking a receivership and $100,000 damages, with trial continued.
