Large Class Confirmed At Evan Lutheran Church Palm Sunday

Arrest on East Street Assault Case
Ernest Hackey was jailed Sunday night charged with assault and battery after a fight with Robert Milberry on East street at about 10:30. Hackey reportedly struck Milberry with a brick, causing a severe laceration to the right forehead. Milberry was taken to Dr. A. G. Bourne for treatment. Arrests were made by Lieuts. Charles Blumenauer and Frank Dorsey. Hackey’s trial was set for tonight in Police Court.
