Mediation Talks Resume Over 11 Week Paper Strike
State panel chair Dean Andrew V. Clements said talks will resume soon at the West Virginia paper mill to settle the 11 week strike by about 340 United Papermakers and Paperworkers union members over contract clauses. The meeting aims for early arrangement.
