Worklessness and Delinquency Warned By Boston Educator
Dr William C Kvaraceus of Boston University warned in Laurel Maryland that American culture of worklessness could double juvenile delinquents to at least one million by 1962. He cited TV as a prime example and urged hard work as the path to discipline, noting delinquencies rise with population in 7 to 17 age bracket. He blamed adult failings rather than children.
