Dying wife accuses doctor in Huntingdon murder case
Dr. Herbert Bryson a 48 year old Huntingdon physician is held on a murder charge after his wife, 26, died from a stomach wound at Blair Memorial Hospital. She alleged in an ante mortem statement that the doctor shot her after a quarrel at their Cassville home. Bryson drove her to Huntingdon in a hearse with undertaker Myron McClain. he says she shot herself. District Attorney Fetterhoot was summoned as she lay dying. Bryson, in his cell, expressed concern for his two dogs.
