Pa fugitive to be extradited

A Pennsylvania fugitive declined extradition in Frederick district court. Mary J. Jones is held in Maryland on a $50,000 bond since April 3. Police accuse her of criminal conspiracy and drug offenses, with a possible 10 day wait before Pennsylvania agents act.

Two Djs Charged With Statutory Rape in Fairfax Case

Senate OKs cuts and Way Station praise in Maryland finance

Senator Smelser praised Way Center Inc for reintegrating about 100 of 130 mentally ill Frederick citizens from Springfield Hospital Center into the community.
