Germantown man killed in Md 355 crash near Damascus
A 42 year old Germantown man died after a 1968 Ford station wagon attempted to pass on a crest of a hill on Md 355 near Md 27. Three other occupants from Gaithersburg were injured, one critically, including the driver Eugene Ricketts who is in hospital with internal injuries. The Rambler driver Robert Lupini was uninjured. Police say Ricketts sped before sideswiping Lupini and crashing into a tree. investigation continues.
