2400 Trees Planted in New Forest Demonstration Project
About 2,400 trees were planted in the demonstration forest of 17,000 on the Braddock tract recently bought by Joseph D. Baker. The work was led by F. B. Trenk and District Forest Warden C. Cyril Klein with help from state road workers and Scouts. Plantings include many oaks pines spruces and other species aimed at showing local soil adaptability and beautifying public sites.

Hearing Set In Hull Habeas Case For Friday
A habeas corpus hearing for Charles Hull held in Frederick county jail after his arrest in Waynestore Pa for alleged complicity in the Lantz post office robbery is scheduled for Friday in the circuit court. Two Horses In Double Accident In Frederick
