Odd claims highlight Aetna Life 1980 list of mayhem
Aetna Life & Casualty cites a string of odd claims from 1980 including a trainee stapling a boss to a shelf, a worker trapped in a tipped portable toilet by a crane, and a partridge crashing through a window depositing berries on walls. Other tales feature a man fleeing an accident scene for a restroom, a bird dog injuring a hunter, and a man with faulty dentures losing control of his truck into a river.
