Edwin Nikirk Named Frederick County Court Examiner
Local attorney Edwin F. Nikirk is appointed as a standing examiner of Frederick County Circuit Court by order signed Friday by Judge Patrick M. Schnauffer. Examiners may take testimony in certain equity cases, especially uncontested divorce suits, with no salary attached. current examiners include C. Clifton Wirts, Wilbur F. Sheffield, and E. Austin James, replacing the late Guy K. Motter.
