His mother, 32, is alleged to have participated. she has not been charged. Yingling faces multiple counts and is held on 210000 bail. The incidents occurred at a Pennsylvania Avenue home in Frederick last month. The girl is with her father. investigators pursue further charges with the county states attorney.
