Dr Stadtman Wins Hillebrand Prize at Washington ACS
Reese Stadman chief of the Laboratory of Biochemistry National Heart Institute received the Hillebrand Prize and Lecture of the Washington Section of the American Chemical Society at the Tooth meeting on March 13. The 49 year old Derwood Maryland resident was honored for enzyme control mechanism studies and his integrated theory explaining multiple control systems. Past recipients include Vincent du Vigneaud Marshall Nirenberg and Lean Heppel.
