Maryland Electric Company seeks rate increase proposal

The Maryland Public Service Commission received a proposal from Potomac Electric Power Company to raise rates in the Washington area. The plan would raise gross annual revenue by 4,219,000 dollars for about 340,000 customers across the District of Columbia, Montgomery and Prince George counties, and a portion of Virginia.
