A local dairy notes all milk is produced on the farm, cooled and bottled shortly after being drawn to ensure high grade product. It states that outside milk is only 62 gallons sourced in 1912 and patrons are informed if outside milk is used, with inspection invited.
An imposing ceremonial marked the burial of King George of Greece in Athens on April 3. Rome April 3 The body of J Pierpont Morgan began its final journey from a hotel to the rail station for shipment by train through Italy Switzerland and France to Havre then to New York amid funeral rites at the hotel. The German ambassador laid a wreath on the casket as Morgan’s relatives and friends attended. Physicians suggested cancer of the stomach as the cause but officials noted Morgan died after worry over facing the Pujo money trust committee. Funeral services in New York will be at St George's Church with interment in Cedar Hill Cemetery Hartford.

Max Kleinberg formerly of Detroit was sentenced to Sing Sing for a maximum term of fifteen years for arson. He pleaded guilty to the indictment based on testimony by Izzy the Painter at his tailor shop. Two other men J J Lebowski and Joe Deutsch were indicted in the same arson trust operation and released on $2500 bonds after pleading not guilty.
