Rezoning approves Motter Avenue parcel to multi family
Frederick mayor and board of aldermen approved re zoning a 0.6 acre lot at Motter Avenue and 10th Street from single family to multi family use. The Victorian home on the site is now a five or six unit dwelling and deemed non conforming. The move is a paper change with no traffic impact, while the owner eyes potential office use and historic preservation eligibility.
