1000 Nazi Plotters Rounded Up in Allied Sweep
Frankfurt reports say American and British raiding parties searched 200 towns in Western Germany and Austria, rounding up about 1400 suspected Nazi plotters. No injuries to Allied troops were reported, but gun exchanges occurred in several towns. One arrest highlighted a 25 year old woman in North Frankfurt, calm as she was taken into custody.
